ESSENTIAL ITALIAN EXPRESSIONS #3

The Italian Expression “Puo ripetere?
means “Could you repeat that!
– is the formal version of the expression; it is used when you are speaking with people you don’t know.

 Alternative to this is the Italian Expression “Scusi, come?” or “Scusi?” or “Come?” (with a puzzled face)
means “Sorry, what was that?

You can also say “Scusi, puo ripetere?
which means “Sorry, could you repeat that?

or

You can also say “Puo ripetere, per favore?”
which means “Could you repeat that, please?
